SpringBoard Agency

A LinkedIn launchpad for small firms

Prove it in four months. Then go month to month.

Signing away a year before anyone has earned you a client is a lot to ask of a small business. We ask for four months. Our team finds your buyers on LinkedIn, starts the conversations from your own profile and coaches you through each sales call until the deal is yours.

The pilot, month by month

Your four months, one step at a time

A good jump needs a good run-up. We aim at the people most likely to buy, reach them when the timing suits, and tighten the aim each week. Here is what each stretch of the run-up looks like.

  1. Week one

We learn who buys from you

Kickoff is where we sketch your buyer, using your strongest current clients as the template. About a week later, your launch specialist sends the campaign off the board.

  2. Month one

    Messages start going out

Your writer shapes each message the way you would say it, and you sign off before anything leaves. Connection requests and follow-ups are then sent every day under your name on LinkedIn, aimed at a list your Sales Navigator expert keeps pruning and growing.

  3. Month two

Week by week, the aim improves

Each week from launch we study who answered and who stayed quiet, then retune the list and rework the copy. Rewrites never run out.

  4. Month three

    Replies become sales calls

The leads that land on your desk are the interested ones only, and each arrives with a quick profile, what they wrote back and a reply we have drafted for you. Each week you and your strategist meet to rehearse the sales conversations coming up and pick apart the ones just finished. Within 90 days, 85% of clients have closed one.

  5. Month four

    You decide what happens next

You judge the work by what it produced for your business. Keep going month to month, or stop there. No long-term contract is waiting for you.

What the four months ask of you

  • Approve each message before it goes out
  • Respond to warm prospects, starting from our suggested wording
  • Take the sales calls yourself
  • Show up for a brief weekly check-in with your strategist

Four people working your account

  • A launch specialist who gets you live
  • A Sales Navigator expert who builds your buyer list
  • A writer who sounds like you on every message
  • A strategist who coaches you toward the close

Real people, every one of them based in the US.

What backs the pilot

Four months, with a guarantee behind them

Finish the pilot without a closed deal and our fee is what takes the hit. You are not the only one with something riding on these four months.

We would rather earn the next month than lock you into the next twelve. The guarantee is part of how we hold ourselves to that. Raise it during your strategy call to hear exactly how it works.

Inside the pilot

Six small businesses that put us to the test

Here is what six clients have to show for their time with us, from signed deals to full pipelines. We keep client names private.

  • SignedCollections agency

Three clients before the pilot ended

This agency signed three clients during its pilot, enough to cover its monthly investment with room to spare.

  • SignedCleaning business

Two new clients with six weeks of pilot left

This owner-operator cleans commercial and residential properties. With six weeks still to go in her pilot she had signed two clients, one at $500 a month and the other at $1,200, and planned to continue.

  • SignedSelf-defense training company

Eight schools registered and a $35,000 deal pending

Eight schools signed up for this company's upcoming course through our outreach, with a $35,000 deal in the pipeline.

  • PipelineFractional CFO firm

Two deals pending and 11 interested buyers

Small businesses only

Sized for a founder and a few hands

For more than ten years, our team's whole job has been filling small-business pipelines. A typical SpringBoard client is a founder plus a few colleagues, ten people or fewer, and nobody whose title says sales. A big agency would file you under small accounts. Here you are the reason the service exists.

  1. The prospecting desk you never hired

You have no sales team, and you don't need one to start. We find the buyers and open the conversations. You step in when someone is ready to talk.

  2. Your share of the work stays light

You sign off on messages, answer the warm ones, run your sales calls and join one brief check-in each week. Everything else sits with us.

  3. Spend that has to earn its keep

Hence four months with a guarantee attached, in place of a twelve-month commitment you can't test first.

The pilot does its best work when

  • Your deals are with companies or with high-net-worth individuals
  • Every client you sign is worth at least $5,000 to you
  • You are the one taking the sales calls
  • You have paying customers today and room on the roster for more

If that sounds like you, the call is the quickest way to find out what a pilot would look like.

See if you fit

Fair things to ask

Before you commit to four months

The things founders tend to ask us first. Anything else, bring it to the call.

What happens when the pilot ends?

You carry on month to month, or you stop. There is no long-term contract to work your way out of.

Do you close the deals for me?

No. We coach. You close. Your strategist gets you ready before every sales conversation and helps you steer buyers toward yes, but the conversation is yours, and so is the relationship.

How soon does the campaign start?

Roughly seven days after kickoff it goes live. Every week after that, the team studies the replies and tunes it.

Will you promise me a set number of meetings?

No. A meeting count doesn't pay your bills. We judge the pilot by closed deals, and that is what your strategist works toward with you every week.

Whose name is on the messages?

Yours. Every invitation and follow-up is sent under your own name on LinkedIn. A SpringBoard writer drafts it to sound like you, and nothing leaves until you sign off. The relationships you build stay with you.

How does the guarantee work?

Should your four months end with no deal closed, our fee absorbs the hit. Ask about it in your strategy call; you will hear the full details before you commit to anything.

Which industries do you work with?

Our team has worked across more than 25 of them. The better test is who signs your checks and what each signature is worth: companies or high-net-worth individuals, at $5,000 or more per new client.
